This homemade costume for couples entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Carol, the 'Raggedy Ann and Andy' costume creator:
I am Raggedy Ann, my daughter is Andy.. The wigs are made from straw hat tops with upholstery trim hot glued to top. Raggedy Ann's apron made from shower curtain, skirt is a dust ruffle, pantaloons made from curtain panel, and crinoline from old wedding dress. blouse and Andy's clothes made from thrift store finds. make up..lipstick and eyebrow pencil..
