This homemade costume for babies entered our 2019 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Sarah, the 'Raggedy Ann and Andy' costume creator:
Milo and Millie were about 7 months old in this photo and they were dressed as Raggedy Ann and Andy. Their aunt made their costumes and the cost was about $45 for the costumes and we bought the leggings and shoes separately. Their wigs were made as yarn and she also made them matching dolls to carry around with them.
