This homemade costume for babies entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Michelle, the 'Raggedy Ann' costume creator:
My daughter is wearing the costume. I got the idea because she sleeps with her own raggedy ann doll every night. I sewed the dress using fabric inspired by the doll. The wig is made from yarn. She loves it!
