This homemade costume for babies entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Randi, the 'Raggedy Ann' costume creator:
This is my daughter's first Halloween costume and my goal was to make people smile. The inspiration came from the wig I first found on Etsy. The rest of the costume was assembled from multiple visits to a wonderful kids consignment store nearby.
