A word from Terrisha, the 'Raggedy Ann' costume creator:
This is Logan’s 1st Halloween she is 5 months and her father and I wanted to do something a little different and out of the ordinary for her costume. I got the Idea from my aunt who reminded me of Raggedy Ann and Andy and I just brought the whole idea alive.
