This homemade costume for babies entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Kristin, the 'Raggedy Ann' costume creator:
My daughter is wearing the costume. The idea came from the internet. We had all outfit materials at home. We dyed 3 mops and glued them to a hat. Then we pinned it to a swim cap to keep it on her head.
