This homemade costume for babies entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Kelsie, the 'Raggedy Ann' costume creator:
This is my 6-month-old daughter Jolie Kate dressed up as Raggedy Ann for her first Halloween. The costume was sewn just for her by a family friend :). Her MiMi came up with the idea and I couldn’t say no cause I knew just how precious she would look...and I was right!
