This homemade costume for babies entered our 2019 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Dana, the 'Raggedy Ann' costume creator:
This is my daughter Elle and for her costume this year, I decided to go with Raggedy Ann. I thought that it would be the perfect fit for her, just look at those cheeks! Also it is something different than the usual Disney Princess, unicorns, etc.
