This homemade costume for women entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Stella, the 'Raggedy Ann' costume creator:
Stella Rozzell is wearing this costume. I am a photographer for social events at church, I didn't really have a plan for a outfit for our Fall Festival until I saw the red wig at Walgreens so I purchased and went on line looking for a face painting ideal I'm not sure what the site was called, but the painting was very simple so I went for it. It was a big hit so now I'm looking for a new ideal for this year.
