This homemade costume for babies entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Sarah, the 'Raggedy Ann' costume creator:
This is my daughter in her Raggedy Ann outfit who is 8 months old. This was my favorite doll growing up. I made the wig with a crocheted cap and yarn and also made the tutu and apron. I made it for under $20. Hope you enjoy!
