This homemade costume for babies entered our 2012 Halloween Costume Contest.

Adorable homemade Raggedy Ann costume! To make the hair, I crocheted a beanie and tied strings all around it. I made a no sew tutu skirts its attached diaper cover underneath, a corset-like top with sleeves, and red and white striped tights which I colored in with a red permanent marker
