This homemade costume for boys entered our 2023 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Jacquelyn, the 'Railroad Crossing Gates' costume creator:
My 4 year old grandson Liam loves railroad crossing gates which he calls ding dings so I had to make this for him. It has a speaker at the top of the pole for sound also. The lights worked on his chest and on his arm.
