This homemade costume for families entered our 2019 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Aleisha, the 'Railroad Family' costume creator:
Our 4 year old is train obsessed and this year he requested to be a “Union Pacific freight train engineer”. We purchased the freight train costume. It’s several cardboard pieces that you put together, plus it has real freight train sounds, which he loves. His pup is his “conductor”. Mom and Dad are railroad crossings. We made the railroad crossing signs from foam board and stick on letters and the red/white sleeve is a pair of cut up tights!
