This homemade costume for kids entered our 2018 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Kimberly, the 'Rain and Lightning' costume creator:
My four year old son is wearing the costume and came up with the idea as well! He decided what he wanted to be and I made it. He wanted to be a rain cloud and we added the lighting. Pictures don't do the lightening any justice!!
