This homemade costume for babies entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Leigh, the 'Rainbow' costume creator:
The rainbow is made from several layers of felt and a stuffed felt cloud at the bottom. We live in a chilly place so this was perfect to keep her warm.
