This homemade costume for girls entered our 2020 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Diana, the 'Rainbow Dragon' costume creator:
This is my daughter, Ruby’s, rainbow dragon costume! The mask is hollow inside and has filter material as the lining. It’s super airy! We found the feet and leotard at Target and the main fabric of the costume came from Hobby Lobby. I glued the pieces onto the leotard to make a skirt.
