This homemade costume for girls entered our 2019 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Jennifer, the 'Rainbow of Love' costume creator:
Jewelia my 14 yr. Old daughter said she wanted to be something with a message. She is tired of hearing family say being gay is wrong so she decide to be a rainbow of love to send the message that live is for all! LOVE is UNIVERSAL not DISCRIMINATORY! We made the tutu which took forever cause we changed it a few times till we felt it was perfect.I also designed the rainbow flower crown.
