This homemade costume for women entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Misty, the 'Rainbow Brite' costume creator:
Rainbow Brite was one of my favorite cartoons as a kid. I made it just off my memory. They obviously don't make patterns for a character from the 80s. None of my kids or neighbor kids knew who I was but their parents did!
