Daneiaka Howard is wearing the costume Randy Watson. Who was a character in Coming to America at the beauty pageant. He was introduced as the one who played Joe the policeman in the episode of what's going down on that's my mama. I came up with the idea from my brother he said coming to America and I've always loved that character. Ir required an old suit a wig ruffles a microphone and a handkerchief. "SEXUAL CHOCOLATE "
