This homemade costume for women entered our 2013 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Jennifer, the 'Rapunzel' costume creator:
My daughter is wearing the Rapunzel costume in a parade. The kids loved her!! She had a great time. We took her old prom dress and cut it up front to make the whole dress fuller. I added the pink trim along the bottom and waist and glued ribbon to it. We of course got a long wig and gloves.
