This homemade costume for women entered our 2018 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Kimberly, the 'Rapunzel' costume creator:
My brother, mom and I worked on this costume for a solid year. My mother and I hand embroidered the flowers and switls around the Hem of the skirt, while my brother assisted me with the hair. You see, the hair glows when I sing! 70 feet of LED wiring made the hair light beautifully. He also made the tiny chameleon move his jaw and eyes using a six servo remote system!
