This homemade costume for adults entered our 2013 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Greg, the 'Rebecca Leeman from Drop Dead Gorgeous' costume creator:
Just wanted to do one of the scenes from one of my favorite movies. I made the Mt Rushmore headpiece using floral foam, covering it in tin foil and then paper macheing that. The dress was a wedding dress that I dyed pink. Overall including getting make-up done the costume came to around $100.
