This homemade costume for girls entered our 2012 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Shelby, the 'Recycle Me' costume creator:
Recycle Me Recycler. My 6 year old daughter is wearing the costume. We put this together using garbage bags, newspapers and other miscellaneous 100% recyclable items. She had a ball wearing the costume!! I'm not sure how I came up with the idea. I made a similar costume a few years back for my son and it was a hit so we tried it again this year.
