Red Queen and Mad Hatter Costume

My friend, Joe and I went as the red queen and mad hatter for Halloween this year. We made these costumes from pieces we found at thrift stores. We crafted the queens scepter, crown and the mad hatters hat ourselves. Scepter is made from a wooden stick, wire, lots of gold duct tape, plastic necklaces, scrapbooks jewels and an ornament from the dollar store. The crown is card board and gold duct tape. The mad hatters hat was made from tag board and adorned with found fabrics. Halloween is all about being creative and having fun which is why it's the best holiday ever!
