This homemade costume for women entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Kendra, the 'Rellik the Clown' costume creator:
Model Kendra Fox is wearing the costume. This was worn at a show called Models Monsters and Motors in Green Bay, Wi. The models get to dress up in our best zombie and Halloween costumes and get photographed in the haunted house . I came up with the idea on my own , I wanted to go with bright colors to show up in the haunted house. I made the skirt by tying tulle to an elastic band and safety pinning the ends together. I did the makeup and all costuming myself.
