This homemade costume for babies entered our 2019 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Ashley, the 'Ric Flair' costume creator:
We decided to dress my son up as Ric Flair because of his hair. So I bought a red satin robe, and iron on letters to start his costume. I then added sequins and a feather boa to the sleeves and collar. I made is wwe belt out of cardboard, tape, and sequins.
