Monopoly Man Rich Uncle Pennybags Costume

My husband and I recently had our 5th son (Finnegan Kelly) He was born looking like a little old man so we tried to think of costumes that would suit him. I found the tux online for under $10 and made the hat, money bag,& cane with random crafting supplies (cardstock & felt for the hat, dowel rod and electrical tape for the cane, burlap & paint for the bag). In total the costume cost $20 to make (including the cost of the new Monopoly board game).
