This homemade costume for babies entered our 2018 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Stephanie, the 'Richard Simmons' costume creator:
2 year old Kolstyn. I got the idea from his curly hair. I bought Soffe shorts and used heat transfer vinyl to add the stripes. I used a tank top that we already had but cut it to look better. I used glitter heat transfer vinyl for the "Sweatin' to the oldies" on the shirt. I purchased shoes at Walmart pn clearance for $4.
