This homemade costume for pets entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Sarah, the 'Riley Pan' costume creator:
My dog is Peter Pan. I purchased the outfit and boots separately on EBay and made his hat out of foam paper. I cut and folded it into the shape you see and used a bobby pin to hold it all together. I cut slits in the hat to put his ears through as a way of keeping the hat on his head and poked a red feather through the side of his hat.
