This homemade costume for girls entered our 2019 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Sandy, the 'Ring Master' costume creator:
Wagon Float,using a wagon and some cardboard,I assembled it to look like a cage I used plastic pvc pipe for the bars,added a tiger,hay and dressed my little ring master up.
