This homemade costume for women entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.

Last year, I channeled my inner Canadian pop star and dressed up as Robin Sparkles from How I Met Your Mother. This costume was a blast both to make and wear. Everything was hand made. I even altered the wig to make it work with the costume.
