This homemade costume for groups entered our 2012 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Abby, the 'Rock Paper Scissors' costume creator:
These are all homemade costumes. The rock is a tutu made out of tulle. The paper is poster board painted like paper. And the scissors are made out of poster boar as well, then painted.
