This homemade costume for women entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Kim, the 'Rocketman' costume creator:
Wanted to do something creative for my works costume contest. This was a winner. I used boxes to create the jet pack and attached it with straps. I made fake legs with pool noodles and used crepe paper streamers for the flames.
