This homemade costume for babies entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.

My 2 year old son needed a rubble truck to go trick or treating in so I found an old wagon to customize, I spray painted it yellow and black, I took a storage container and cut it out to look like a back hoe bucket. Then I used pvc pipe the construct the arms for the bucket and for the grapple
