This homemade costume for women entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Jeannie, the 'Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer' costume creator:
Idea from Pinterest.. materials used for the antlers is burlap wrapped around toilet paper cardboard part which I had cut in half and rolled up to look cone-like; plastic red toy ball for rudolphs nose, and I cut out eyes from white and black tee shirts.. I used a glue gun and fabric glue..
