This homemade costume for girls entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Kesha, the 'Runway Peacock' costume creator:
My almost 3 year old daughter told me that she wanted to be a peacock for Halloween this year. I have no idea why she wanted to be a peacock. Since she had a special request I executed her vision and made her costume. When she tried her costume on for the first time she told me that she is not just a peacock, she is a peacock princess. When she walked in her parade you would have thought my daughter was on a runway. She worked her peacock costume.
