This homemade costume for babies entered our 2023 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Erin, the 'Russell the boyscout from UP' costume creator:
My 1 yr. old son, Rhett, is dressed as Russell from UP! I used felt and cut out the logo to glue onto his hat. I used cloth for his sash and bandana then printed out the badge images on transfer paper and ironed them onto felt furniture pads to stick onto the sash.
