This homemade costume for girls entered our 2019 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Stacy, the 'Kissy Doll' costume creator:
Every year we create our own costumes this year was our biggest challenge yet. This is my 12 year old daughter "Lilly Doll" transformed with yards and yards of fabric, tulle and ribbon into "Kissy Doll" from the Russian Nutcracker ballet.
We would love an opportunity to enter and show off our creation.
