Total cost was about $13.
Black knit fabric from Joann cut into a circle and a circle cut for the neck. Lace trim from Joann and hand sewn on.
Glasses from dollar tree (readers) with lenses popped out.
Yarn wig was a dollar tree kids beanie with yarn from joann sewn on (google DIY yarn wig, its super easy).
