Emily is wearing her Ruth "baby" Ginsburg costume made by her mommy. When Emily heard that RBG passed away she was devastated and knew that she needed to honor her idol in the best possible. Emily's black robe/dress is from primary and the lace is sewn on. She is holding a stress toy gavel and her glasses from the dollar store :)
