This homemade costume for women entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Samantha, the 'Sailor Mars' costume creator:
I've always loved the cartoon Sailor Moon. My favorite sailor scout was always Sailor Mars! I found a cute sailor mars leotard on ebay and the idea of the costume came from there. I added a red tutu, made the gloves, the hair piece, necklace and earrings. One of my favorite costumes I've ever worn!
