This homemade costume for women entered our 2018 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Serenity, the 'Sailor Neptune' costume creator:
I’m this photo I am cosplaying the character Sailor Neptune from the popular anime Sailor moon. Several months worth of work went into the process of sewing the costume, creating the props, and even redesigning shoes to match the character. My mother and father were a huge help with this process. The costume is likely worth several hundred dollars given the quality of fabric and other materials used to make the props.
