This homemade costume for babies entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Ashley, the 'Sally Skellington' costume creator:
My daughter Quinn aka SALLY SKELLINGTON- from Nightmare Before Christmas. Quinn is not your typical toddler;she is into "spooky" things! I made this costume from scrap fabric materials, felt, and red yarn for the wig! First I cut out the material in different patterns (looking at a picture to match the dress as close as possible) to fit on the dress- I used fabric glue! I used a hooded sweatshirt and sewn red yard to make a wig. This also kept her warm!
