This homemade costume for women entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Juliana, the 'Sally' costume creator:
I am wearing the Sally costume. This one is about grief as I celebrate my loved ones and pets that have passed. Afterall isn't Halloween a celebration of the deceased? I decorated my own Halloween tree. The stuffed Frankenweenie and beanie I have on was a birtdhay gift from my uncle. I had the skirt from a craft sale years ago. I am carrying black roses and laying them by tombstones. Most of my outfit came from dollar stores and decor that I put together this patched remedy.
