This homemade costume for women entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.

My name is Melanie and I thought of this idea for a costume because I love Olivia Newton John. I used everything that I already at home like my leather leggings and black shirt. I work at thrift store and found a blonde wig! I decided to create the red shoes with construction paper and used makeup that I already had.
