This homemade costume for couples entered our 2012 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Diana, the 'Sandy & Windy' costume creator:
The idea came to my mind before I got to know the upcoming Hurricane news. When we went outside people started approaching us telling us that I look like Sandy and my boyfriend looks like a guy caught in the rain and wind.
