Sassy Scarecrow Costume

My daughter, Whitli, is a Sassy Scarecrow! I love DIY projects so I decided to make her costume. She is sassy and scarecrows are super cute. I made the tutu with elastic and tulle. I cut the tulle into strips and tied it to the elastic band. I added straw to the tutu and to the pockets of her coveralls and glued leaves and a sunflower on the tulle. Her hat is made out of burlap. I added some patches out of plaid material and glued a sunflower on it. The overall cost was around $40.00. I hope you love her costume as much as we did :)
