This homemade costume for babies entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Heather, the 'Scarecrow' costume creator:
Made my daughter and adorable scarecrow costume out of tulle and old shirts from the thrift store! I used an ordinary white toddler sunhat to fashion her cute little burlap scarecrow hat. Her best pal stuffed animal mousy tagged along as her 'crow'!
