This homemade costume for babies entered our 2013 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Tiffany, the 'Scarecrow' costume creator:
Tripp Bailey, age 2.
Completely homemade scarecrow. Used overalls and sewed burlap and raffia to the arms and legs. Cowboy hat was cut to look frayed. Bandana around the neck to finish it off. Cost me about 10 for the overalls and shirt at a second hand store and 5 for the hat and bandana.
