My 7 Year old Son Is Wearing This Costume ..He Was Watching The News On How Random Scary Clows Were Appearing In Random Cities in California ..We Had Previously Had used This Costume A Couple Years Back but With A Mask.. This Year I Decided To Paint His Face And Let Loose His Hair And Added The Balloons
